This morning we set out to see the castle. The Castle of Chillon, made famous by Lord Byron, was beautiful. We took a couple hours and wandered around. Our hotel gave us these Rhone cards that give us free transport on the trolley and discounts at all these places - including the Castle. The PICTURES are amazing. Then we walked all the way back - 11 kilometers or about 5 miles or so. We've been rocking. Tonight is the Van Morrison and Booker T and the MG's concert - very cool. Then tomorrow is the New Orleans Jazz Train, which I think ought to be a BLAST. Then Sunday we're on for Zermatt. Good times, good times.
I've decided my hair is the perfect look for my summer fun. It's appropriately bohemian. Something I'd never do in the rest of my life and all my seriousness. It makes it really easy to do in the morning - my curls are adorable this way! Sometimes, it's the simple things.
