So, I may have given my supervisor the wrong idea or something because he asked me today if I would skip my class to hang out here with them and handle claims. Me and my $110K of student loan debt say NO. I mean, I'm missing a couple classes already this semester to go to Kansas, I'm missing a couple classes to go to St. Louis...that is my 2 in EACH of those classes. I can't miss any more than that! I'm a bit appalled by this. They don't have any place to ask me to stay. I came in early, all my work is done - incidentally - and I'm supposed to stay late & do other people's work because they can't manage their time well? I think not. They need to learn to manage their time. I know that I work exceptionally fast - to me, this stuff is easy. It is not difficult work - I type fast, I read fast, I process fast. But I should pay the price at this point?
Its just that he's asking me to miss my class. I wouldn't stay even if I didn't have to go to class...I don't care THAT much at this point. I wish I did. I wish I cared enough to stay and help...but I'm living 3 months in the future.
