We went there for lunch and the waitress spilled Kung Pao Chicken sauce all over my pants & my $500 Coach purse. Then proceeded to "help" by trying to wipe it off with a dirty table rag. Um. My purse is CREAM. Get AWAY. And she seemed largely unconcerned that I am covered in sauce & now must return to work. No one apologized. No one said "can we pay to dryclean your pants for you?" - NOTHING. I was quite offended by that. I'm not one to get angry easily (annoyed, but not really angry) but you dumped hot sauce on my leg, burned me (not bad, but it's sore) and got gunk all over a really nice, expensive purse. And you don't CARE? You're a customer - service establishment. You should at least apologize.
