"Work is a necessary evil to be avoided"

Sayeth Mark Twain.

Today is my last day at Farmers. I'm scared, excited, nervous...everything. What am I going to do with my life? I always knew that this wasn't going to be my life's work, but to actually be leaving?!?! Scary. So now, I step out into the great unknown and try to remember that I will be OK. As per Sark: "When you step out into the darkness, you will either land on solid ground, or you will learn how to fly."

I hope I fly. But landing on solid ground would be fine as well.

Just 19 more days & I leave for Mom & Dad's house. Then it's on to JFK & Edinburgh.

Holy crap. What am I DOING???

Rebecca, having just returned from 4 months in Europe, I wish you nothing but the BEST!! You will have such a wonderful time, and really learn the culture. Just visiting Europe for short stints cannot encompass the breadth of experiences you get from living in it. I hope all your planning pays off in dividends and everything goes off without a hitch. Good luck my friend!!
Love, your Jenn
