Drama!

It would seem my luggage is finally on its way & I have tracking numbers and can make sure that it is really COMING. Phew! This morning I ended up dealing with some family/brother-induced drama though. He's such a little punk. Why should I loan him money if he's making more money than I am right now? I'm unemployed!!! It blows my mind he's asking me to cosign loans for him and loan him money. End of the story - for some reason Western Union wouldn't approve the transaction, he doesn't have a bank account for me to transfer to, so - he's out of luck. Now I just have to duke it out with WU because they still have a hold on the funds for the transaction that they declined in my bank account. Drama follows me.

Today the girl from Melbourne (Olivia) and I went to MUMOK - a modern art museum in the museum quarter in Vienna. It was lovely - we had a really nice time & explored every floor. I enjoyed it. There are 8 floors total - and you can start at the top - by the time we got down to the 3rd floor I was feeling a little over stimulated, but when I found the digital exhibit that I figured out responded to your movement in putting "paint" blotches on a wall (digitally projected), I was happy. I did find the Viennese Actionism a bit disturbing, but I guess that's the point. Pretty good sing when the curator there told me that they don't allow "young people" under the age of 16 into that area of the exhibit that it was pretty disturbing. It is interesting to see how dramatic the response was - rebellion really - in the 1960s and 1970s in Vienna. Post WWII.

Tomorrow - apartment!!! Huzzah!
