Vienna!

So, I wish I had stayed and hung out in MORE hostels in Europe. I spent a lot of money on hotels and was really comfortable, but I've met more people in the past DAY than I have in the whole of Europe. It's AWESOME. There is a whole busload of Aussies staying here and they are so fun. They are all on this ConTiki tour and are going all over Europe. Today we went over to Schoenbrunn Palace and had a picnic in the gardens then toured the Palace. I bought the Golden Pass which is good for a year and gets me into all the attractions over there including the zoo. I have to go to the zoo. They have pandas! I took a few pictures - they aren't great but I was walking around. I resolve to take some good pictures before I leave. I am just getting started after all. Tonight I'm going with some of the Aussies to a free showing of La Boheme in the park (they show it on a giant screen) and tomorrow one of the girls, Olivia, and I are going to a couple of modern art museums. Fun! Then Wednesday I get to check into my apartment - SO excited for that. I also got a confirmation today that my luggage DID ship (thank goodness!!!)

I am going to LOVE Vienna, I'm thinking. It's so beautiful and so clean. There is SO much to do. I do need to work on my German a bit...but I think I'm going to love it.
